【A Singing Work of Art in Our Home 🎵】

We received our Muro Box N40 yesterday and set it up in our display cabinet tonight. The moment the ambient lights turned on and we hit play, we were deeply moved by the vivid, authentic sound of real instrumental strikes!

We were initially drawn to the Muro Box N40 for its crystal-clear sound produced by real acoustic plucks. Experiencing it in person, the subtle vibrations and rich resonances created between the metal combs and the wooden soundbox deliver a warmth and vitality that even high-end speakers simply cannot replicate.

Watching the physical gears and metal picks spin effortlessly while listening to our custom melody, accompanied by the personalized nameplate of our family (including our cat 🐾), brings a sense of happiness that is truly beyond words.

From start to finish, the Muro Box team was incredible to work with—their communication was remarkably efficient, detailed, and attentive. As for the physical unit, the build quality is truly exquisite. I specifically opted for the Sublime version, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. While it comes at a higher price point, the rich, layered harmonies and depth of sound it produces are absolutely phenomenal. The auditory experience completely justifies the investment and is worth every extra penny. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased the Muro Box N40 Sublime, and the entire experience has been absolutely phenomenal.From the very beginning, the team was incredibly attentive, patient, and thorough in guiding me through the purchase process and answering all my questions.Later on, due to the dry climate here in California, the Acacia wood casing unfortunately cracked. When I reached out to them, their response was amazing. They took full responsibility without any hesitation. They not only replaced and repaired the casing completely free of charge, but they also covered/reimbursed all the shipping costs!It is rare to find a company that stands behind their product with such dedication and integrity. The Muro Box N40 Sublime is a beautiful masterpiece, and their customer-first attitude makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended!

先前在店裡試聽 Muro Box 時就深受感動。播放《Proud of You》時，N20 標準版聲音純粹乾淨、極具傳統韻味；而 N40 穆風版則在完美的基底上，展現了更細緻豐富的音色層次。天人交戰後直上 N40 穆風版，除了無可挑剔的完美共鳴，其精緻的外型與實木質感更像一件藝術品，無論放客廳或辦公室都典雅高貴。

這台音樂盒作為生日禮物送給老婆後，不僅老婆滿意，全家更是愛不釋手。現在「定時播放」成了我們家的每日儀式，小孩每天都很期待在不同時段點播自己喜歡的歌。

Muro Box是充滿溫度的藝術品，讓人愛不釋手，很用心的發明，臺灣精品，值得支持、值得回購。建議一定要預約體驗，各種型號，令人大開眼界。

I initially purchased a Muro Box-N20 as a baptismal gift for my niece that was born in November 2025. Unfortunately for me, since I was very much anticipating getting to hear the N20 in person, her baptismal turned out to be further off than I expected.

I ended up giving into temptation and buying an N20 and complementing it with an N20-RB Resonance Box for my personal enjoyment as the first one I purchased sits unopened awaiting the baptism. Thankfully, the N20 I bought for myself confirmed what I was confident of: it was absolutely worth its price!

Unfortunately after a few months of use my N20 developed a defect where the engraved metal plate started to bend outwards, my belief is this stemmed from rapid temperature fluctuations in my apartment causing either the plate or the wood it's attached to alter expand or contract.

Thankfully, though not to my surprise since my prior interactions with the team had been wholly positive, the Muro Box team were very quick in getting back to me after I emailed them about the issue and they arranged to have a new plate sent, free of charge, to me so I could replace the one that's become bent.

Even in spite of the minor plate problem, which I believe came about due to the very specific conditions of rapid temperature change in my apartment, I have never felt one hint of doubt about about the N20 being a worthwhile purchase, and the Muro Box team have been stellar in their contact with me, always courteous but also in a friendly and appropriately familiar form. With some help from lady fortune in the future I'd very much like to spoil myself with the Muro Box-N40 Sublime if my personal finances permit it!

To sum it up: If you love music boxes yourself or are looking to get an amazing gift for someone who you know loves them, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Muro Box N20!
