Please pay attention to the music range of the songs you selected from the app that need to match with the music box model you purchased. For example, the N20 music box can only play melodies of 20 and 15 notes, and the N40 music box can play melodies of 15~40 notes.

Please take a screenshot of the sequence of songs in your playlist after you complete setting it.
