Due to the complex safety regulations involved in transporting batteries, we decided from the very beginning of the design process not to include a battery, allowing the music box to be shipped to as many countries as possible.
If you need to use the music box on the go, the N20 Standard/ N40 Standard/ N40 Sublime models all support using USB-C power banks, making it easy to take the music box with you anywhere.

Compatible power bank specifications: Minimum of 30W USB-C power supply. Please use a model that supports 15V voltage and at least 2A current (such as 30W 15V/2A or 45W 15V/3A).
