If you have purchased a customized arrangement along with your order, we will send you a form after receiving your order. Please fill in the song details, including song information, reference links, the specific two-minute segment you would like customized, and any playlist or song images, etc.
Full-Length Arrangement: If you require a full-length arrangement, our arranger will evaluate the additional cost and confirm the fee with you via email separately.
After each arrangement is completed, the arranger will provide an MP3 audio file simulating the music box timbre for your preview and approval. You will have two opportunities to request minor adjustments free of charge before final approval.
Once the arrangement is approved, our engineer will upload and bind the final audio file and customized image to the music box, allowing you or the recipient to simply power on the music box and press the knob to play the specified song directly.
