How to Connect Muro Box with Wi-Fi ( Android Users)?

(For a complete step-by-step guide with screenshots, please refer to the official Muro Box instruction page: Muro Box Official Website: Detailed Guide for Connecting Android APP to Wi-Fi)

  1. Ensure that your Android phone has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled, and that the Muro Box is connected to a power source.

  2. Open the app, tap the gear icon in the lower right corner to enter “Muro Box Settings,” then sequentially tap “My Muro Box” and “Connection Settings.”
*Note: If the Android system prompts for permissions such as “Location,” “Nearby Devices,” or “Bluetooth,” be sure to select “Allow” or “Allow only while using the app.” Otherwise, the app may fail to scan and detect the Muro Box.

  3. Plug in the power cord of the Muro Box and press the control knob for 10 seconds. Upon hearing the ding-dong sound, tap “Next” on your phone. The app will automatically scan and successfully connect to the Muro Box. After the connection is complete, tap “Next.”

  4. On the “Set Muro Box Network” screen, tap the name of the Wi-Fi network you wish to connect to (please select an SSID that uses the 2.4GHz frequency band). Then enter your Wi-Fi password and tap “Connect.” The phone screen will show the progress, and you will need to wait approximately 30 seconds. When the Muro Box plays a confirmation sound and the app displays “Connection Complete,” tap “Go to Music Library” to start playing songs!

*If the firmware version is lower than 0.1.34, please refer to the official webpage.
