Hello, This survey only accepts responses from customers who purchased the customized laser engraving service with a Muro Box. If you have not yet purchased a Muro Box, this survey will be ignored. If you have any question regarding this service, please email us: support@tevofy.com .

If your Muro Box is the limited black edition, it is not recommended to engrave the wooden box, because after the laser carving machine scrapes off the surface paint that is protecting the wood, the primary color of the wood grain may not match well with your design.

If you choose to engrave different content on both sides of the wooden box, you will be charged twice for the service fee to complete the engraving of a music box.

If you choose to engrave the same content on both sides of the wooden box, you will only charge once for the service fee to complete the engraving of a music box.

When our designer completes the draft according to your request, we will email you to check the quality before we start laser-engraving the design on your Muro Box.

If you want to present both text and image on Muro Box like the example below, you will need to combine text and image on your own and submit only one JPG/PNG/AI file for us to prepare the laser engraving service.
