How to Resolve "Muro Box is offline."

  1. Check the power connection:
    Ensure that your Muro Box is properly plugged into a power source.

  2. Verify location changes:
    Confirm whether you have moved your Muro Box to a different location with network settings that differ from the original location.

  3. Check for Recent Network Credential Changes

  4. Reconfigure the Network Settings:
    If the network credentials differ from the original settings, re-pair your Muro Box and set up the new network username and password.

  5. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Additional Note:
If your Muro Box firmware has not been updated in a long time, please update it. After the update, Muro Box will be able to save up to 5 sets of network credentials.
