Warranty & Repair

  • We offer a 1-year limited warranty for the main unit (accessories are not covered).
  • The warranty period begins on the shipping date and covers defects in materials or workmanship only. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
  • If the product is disassembled by the customer, the warranty will be void. Please do not attempt to disassemble the unit. If repair is needed, return the product to us for evaluation.
  • We also offer a 3-year limited repair service. Shipping and repair fees will be charged based on actual costs. This service is available only to customers who purchased through our official channels.

Return Policy

Scope of Application

This return policy applies to Muro Box music box products purchased through the official website (www.murobox.com) or other platforms, either directly from Tevofy Technology Ltd. or authorized distributors.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in new or like-new condition, with no visible damage or stains.
  • All original accessories must be included in the return package.
  • Customers must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a full refund.

※ Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, is missing accessories, or is damaged.

Return Procedure

  • Contact Tevofy Technology Ltd. customer support at support@tevofy.com and provide your original order number.
  • Additional purchase information may be requested to verify your return eligibility.
  • We will provide the appropriate return address based on your location (regional warehouse or authorized distributor office).
  • Please return the product in its original packaging and include the following documents:

    • – A note explaining the reason for return
    • – Your contact information (email address and phone number)

Refund Details

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • The refund amount will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable taxes, shipping fees, customization charges, and handling fees.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund is processed.
