Return Policy
This Return Policy only applies to Muro Box branded music boxes that are sold on Muro Box website (www.murobox.com), and/or from another platform which is sold and shipped by Tevofy Technology Ltd..
If a buyer returns a Product, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package. If you wish to return a Muro Box for any reason, Tevofy Technology Ltd. will issue you a refund provided that you return the product within fourteen (14) days of the date you received the product. Please follow the following instructions for returning a Product.
- Contact the customer service team of Tevofy Technology Ltd. (support@tevofy.com) to initiate the return / refund process. Please include the original order number to help identify your order. Tevofy Technology Ltd. may require additional purchasing information to validate your request. Tevofy Technology Ltd. will provide you with the return shipping addresses to return the products. We will ask you to send your product to a forwarder’s warehouse in your country or our dealer’s office instead of shipping it directly to our headquarter in New Taipei City, Taiwan. Our forwarder has warehouses in the following countries: US, Canada, UK, Italy, Japan, Australia, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, China and Hong Kong.
- Product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging. No refund will be issued for a Product that is physically damaged or broken in any way, unsanitary, or altered. All related accessories that were originally shipped with the Muro Box must also be returned.
- Ship the Muro Box to the provided address. Please use its original packages along with a copy of the invoice, a note explaining the reason for this return request, and the sender’s contact information including both your contact email and phone number.
- After Tevofy Technology Ltd. receives the returned product, it will confirm receipt of such goods by notifying you via your email provided in this package. Tevofy Technology Ltd. will then process your return and promptly issue the applicable refund, less any taxes, shipping, customized services, and handling charges originally paid or incurred during the return process, by reimbursed to your original form of payment.
- Tevofy Technology Ltd. will confirm the refund completion and notify you via email or other online communication methods.
Warranty and Maintenance
We provide 1-year limited warranty, which applies on the body of Muro Box but does not include the attachments. The warranty period starts from the date we start to ship your Muro Box. This warranty covers only defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Please also notice that warranty will be void once you open the body of Muro Box.
We also provide 3-year limited maintenance. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable laws. This limited product warranty is valid only where the products are sold by our company or through its authorized retailer or local agent.
