How to Resolve "Muro Box is Busy."
1.Understand possible reasons for the message, Muro Box might be playing other audio, such as:
a. Boot sound effects.
b. Offline playlist triggered by pressing the knob on Muro Box.
c. Another user operating Muro Box simultaneously.
2. Resume Playback:
Tap the play button to restart your desired track on Muro Box.
3.Check for Single User Operation:
If you are sure you are the only one operating Muro Box, please restart it.
4.If the issue persists after restarting, please update the Muro Box firmware to the latest version.
5.If the problem remains unresolved, please contact our customer support team.
Additional Note:
Muro Box supports pairing with multiple accounts. If multiple users operate Muro Box simultaneously, it will play the track requested by the last user. The previous user will see the “Muro Box is Busy” message.
