Interested in taking a Muro Box home after an on-site trial?

Taiwan:

  1. Currently, the Sanchong Muro Box R&D Office displays: N20 Standard, N20 Lite, N40 Sublime, N40 Standard
    All models are available for on-site trial.

  2. For custom engraving or arrangement requests, please contact the Sanchong office directly (support@tevofy.com
    , phone +886-2-2974-4649, or WhatsApp), and place your order on the Muro Box official online store to arrange the custom service for direct inspection.

  3. The Taichung store only offers trials and sales of the N20 Standard model (no customization). Sample machines of N40 Standard and N40 Sublime are on display; after trying, you can obtain a museum discount code to place your order on the Muro Box official online store.
    Other partner locations only offer trial of the N20 Standard model sample.

Hong Kong:

  1. Wake Concept Store: Stock available for N20 Standard (custom engraving not provided). Sample machines of N40 Standard and N40 Sublime are on display. Requests for custom engraving on N40 boxes are processed by the Sanchong office in Taiwan, shipped to Wake, and then delivered to the customer along with an operational demonstration. If you have a specific gift delivery date, we recommend placing your order directly on the Muro Box official store so we can discuss engraving/arrangement requirements online and arrange SF Express shipping.

  2. TUS The Ukulele Store: Offers N20 sample for trial and can assist with custom engraving designs. Non-custom orders ship from Taiwan within 2 business days; custom engraving orders ship within 3 business days.

＊New Taipei City - Muro Box Team Sanchong Office (Near MRT Taipei Bridge Station: No. 16 Renci Street, Sanchong District, New Taipei City, Taiwan)－ Open daily (10:00-20:00) for on-site trial and purchase of N20 and N40 models, with custom engraving/arrangement services available. The founders are also working on-site, and you are welcome to visit to discuss collaboration proposals or schedule a DIY N20 music box assembly class taught personally by us.

Business hours: Wednesday–Sunday (10:00-17:00). Free trials of N20 and N40 music boxes available at the sales area. The store sells standard N20 models without customization.
