The soul of the Music Box: Comb Craftsmanship
To overcome the traditional limits of melody speed and continuous strikes, Muro Box spent a year developing vibration-damping technology, precisely adjusting the comb’s front edge within 0.1mm. This patented design combines high shock absorption and low noise, making the Taiwanese-made music box more durable than global standards, capable of stable playback for over 1000 hours.
Key to Sound Quality: Zinc Alloy Base
The base transmits the comb’s vibrations to the wooden case for sound projection, similar to the bridge on violins and guitars. Its material, size, shape, and thickness were rigorously tested to ensure the best possible sound quality.
Enhancing Volume and Resonance: Wooden Case and Resonance Box
To create a truly portable app-controlled music box, we devoted great effort to the design of the N20 Lite Go’s wooden case and resonance box. From fine-tuning the box dimensions, layering the internal structure, and incorporating a hidden sensor for intuitive control, to experimenting with various materials, we ultimately returned to Muro Box’s signature “square with rounded edges” design—blending the warmth of wood with the convenience of modern technology.
For the resonance box, we chose high-stability birch plywood, which offers a balance of sound quality and production efficiency, making it possible to take this music box with you wherever you go.

I first bought the first-generation N20, which was beautifully designed, had excellent sound, and allowed song changes. So when the second-generation N40 came out, I immediately pre-ordered both the Sublime (Muro style) and Standard versions.
N40 Sublime, with its special resonance, plays classical music with a magnificent echo effect that reminds me of the rich sound of my grandparents’ antique music box. The N40 Standard has a pure tone, perfect for calm melodies like nursery rhymes.

To comply with international shipping regulations on batteries, we ship the N20 Lite Go without pre-installed batteries. You’ll need to purchase two 18650 lithium batteries separately based on your needs.
In our tests, a pair of 3400 mAh batteries provided nearly 4 hours of continuous playback (looping the offline playlist three times). Feel free to choose a higher or lower capacity battery depending on your usage.

Just like tapping a transit card, hold an NFC-linked item near the sensor zone of your music box, and it will immediately play a song you’ve assigned. Any object can become a magical music trigger.
Using NFC (Near-Field Communication) tags, you can attach them to cards, figurines, plush toys, ornaments, or everyday keepsakes. Place them near the N20 Lite Go to trigger your chosen song—turning ordinary items into musical keys and making spontaneous musical moments part of your daily life.
This feature is also great for exhibitions or education: attach an NFC tag to a themed prop or learning aid, and the music box will play a song tailored to that scenario—perfect for creating immersive sensory experiences.
For example:
Take your child’s toy lamb, stick on an NFC tag, and assign a song via the Muro Box app. When the lamb touches the music box, it plays a familiar tune like Mary Had a Little Lamb or Old MacDonald Had a Farm—a delightful surprise anytime!
You can also personalize nostalgic keepsakes—such as collectible figures, video game memorabilia, or concert mementos—with NFC tags. Assign a specific song or playlist that plays when the item touches the music box. (1) 購買空白貼紙： APP 未來將會開啟設定貼紙的功能，您可以自行使用 Muro Box App 設定與貼紙綁定的歌曲，並貼在卡片、公仔、玩偶、裝飾品…等之上。
(2)加購膠卷鑰尺圈：可選擇多張照片，設計師將協助您製作成真正底片沖洗的膠卷。您可以挑選曲庫中的歌曲製作成歌單，將膠卷靠近音樂盒感應區就可以自動播放。就像膠卷鏡頭的每一幀，細膩捕捉生命的瞬間，隨音樂觸摸到時光流轉。

客戶買過Muro Box 的真實評價
這不是那種輕巧叮叮噹噹聲音的玩具，而是真正的樂器！
我從小就對音樂盒情有獨鍾，尤其是打孔紙帶音樂盒。如今，我已將這些紙帶上的音樂轉錄到 Muro Box App 的曲庫中。
起初我購買了第一代產品N20，不僅設計精美、音質優良，還能換歌，所以當第二代產品 N40 誕生後，我立刻預購了 Sublime 及 標準版雙機種。
N40 Sublime 特殊共鳴演奏古典樂曲，能表現出宏偉的迴響效果，讓我回想起祖父母的古董音樂盒的豐富聲音。而 N40 標準版則擁有純淨的音色，適合重現像是童謠類氣氛平和的旋律。
這台音樂盒超乎了我的所有預期!
當我第一次看到一個不僅有金屬部件，還配置了鈴鐺和內建口琴的音樂盒時，我突然想到：為什麼不自己創造一位無法拒絕我的演奏家——一個能根據我喜好程式化控制演奏的音樂盒呢？
接下來，我打算開始學習如何讓音樂盒自動演奏以及撰寫程式。但可惜的是，後來證明，這隻 Arduino 的噴火龍 對我來說實在是太強大了，我無法擊敗這條龍……
然而，出於偶然，我在 Indiegogo 上發現了 Muro Box-N20 的舊群募專案頁面。當他們向大家徵求關於音樂盒設計想法的回饋建議時，我將自己多年來所學到的關於音樂盒設計及其背後理論的所有「智慧」都傳授給了他們。
老實說，這台音樂盒超乎了我的所有預期。音質驚人，Muro Box 的 App 中也有許多動聽的曲目。現在，我的家中時刻充滿了美妙的旋律（還有兩隻慵懶的貓咪）。
為何要進行群眾募資
每個音樂盒專案都始於支持者的新功能許願，與產品使用後的真實操作心得回饋。我們與贊助者一同設計外觀與所有功能細節，並在專案的進度報告真實的紀錄了所有的開發過程與量產進度。專案執行時的各種困難與喜悅，就是我們與所有贊助者最珍貴的共同回憶。
Muro Box 產品從2018年推出的N20嘖嘖版初代機，到2023年挖貝群募推出的N40標準版/穆風版，每次皆獲得各國客戶好評。

「你是在做工藝，還是做生意?」、「希望可以把這份恩情傳承下去」，以上兩句話是2位台灣傳產老闆，看我們為音樂盒堅持的傻勁所說的話。「公司草創時處處碰壁，幸虧有貴人相助才有今日。」這不只是五股王老闆的個人回憶，也是我們創業七年多的真實回憶。
以前我們用音樂盒創業追求自我實現，現在我們用音樂盒為全球客戶圓夢，也同時為台灣製造的前輩們實現理念。

▪️如募資成功達標，我們預計在2025年9月開始根據訂單序號出先後順序陸續出貨。如果實際訂單大小超過我們預期有可能延後出貨時間請見諒。Muro Box團隊將會另行以電子郵件/進度報告通知贊助者。
▪️出貨時的產品外觀造型與材質可能與挖貝募資時的工程設計圖面有些微差距，將會依照實聲音質測試結果與工廠生產的限制來進行調整。未來Muro Box將經由台灣的協櫻精密工業協助組裝成品，並由我們團隊逐一驗收外觀，功能與音質，以期能夠達到嚴格的品管後才正式出貨。

退換貨規範

2. 當買家退回產品時，退貨的產品必須為全新或接近全新狀態，並且所有購買時包含在內的相關配件皆必須一併退還。無論您因為何種原因想要退貨 Muro Box，只要您在收到產品之日起14天內退回產品，酷鳩科技股份有限公司將提供全額退款的服務。請按照下列步驟及規定，以利退貨程序順利進行。
(1) 請聯繫酷鳩科技客服團隊 ( support@tevofy.com ) 以啟動退貨/退款流程。請提供原始訂單號碼或購買人姓名與Email以方便來識別您的訂單。根據您所在國家位置，我們將為您提供一個在您所在國家的貨運代理倉庫或我們經銷商的辦公室地址當作退貨收件地址。
(2) 退貨時必須為全新狀態或接近全新(外觀不應有任何破壞或損傷)的狀態，如不慎沾染汙漬、或配件不全，恕無法接受退換或退費。
(3)請將 Muro Box 寄運到提供的地址。請使用其原始包裝以及附帶發票副本，並請提供一份紙本說明退貨要求原因的說明以及您的聯繫方式（包括您的聯繫電子郵件和電話號碼）。
(4)本公司收到您退回的產品後，將透過您在此包裹中提供的電子郵件予您告知確認收到此樣產品。接著本公司將處理您的退貨並及時發放適用的退款，扣除在退貨過程中最初支付或產生的任何稅費、運費、客製化服務手續費，並以您的原始付款方式退款。

我們提供代客上傳指定歌單內容到音樂盒的服務，歡迎您先至我們的免費App曲庫找歌，選擇您想指定播放的1~10首歌曲順序，您的音樂盒出廠時將預設播放這個歌單。
若您有加購代客上傳自選歌單服務，在音樂盒出貨前，我們會將您指定的歌單上傳至音樂盒中，收件者第一時間拿到音樂盒時，無須其他動作，插電後按下按鈕，一鍵播放你指定的歌單!
註：一台音樂盒限一次服務，至多可至APP曲庫選10首歌曲，可自己排序。
若無加購此服務，音樂盒仍會有官方歌曲的預設清單(N20有30首/N40有15首)。

Muro Box音樂盒是讀取MIDI檔來演奏的，音樂盒硬體本身有快閃記憶體，可存取約2000首歌曲。
因此放在APP離線歌單的歌曲上限約2000首，音樂盒直接按下旋鈕即可直接播放上次同步過的離線歌單。
但我們建議您除了離線歌單外，可多建置其他歌單來分類您收藏的歌曲，例如依曲風或是節奏的不同建立歌單：舒眠、流行、古典、80年代金曲…等，根據不同的情境進行播放，豐富您的聆聽體驗。
想要調整歌曲請將音樂盒連線APP，在離線歌單中增減歌曲，或拖曳調整順序。

第一次與音樂盒連線時需花一些時間照步驟進行，一旦連結成功，後續音樂盒插電後連上網路即會自動連線，不必重新操作。不僅如此，我們的APP還有其他編曲、鬧鐘功能，等您來免費下載、探索!

我們的曲庫充滿著各路愛好編曲的大神，時常上傳新歌與社群同好分享，新歌源源不絕！不僅如此，我們也完成和全球最大的音樂盒社群 Musicboxmaniacs.com (MBM) 的曲庫整合，拓增曲數，您可以在近五萬首歌曲中免費徜徉，隨意搜尋、加入歌單。此外我們也準備官方歌曲供您免費使用(N20有30首；N40有15首)。
不用。您可以將 Muro Box 當作 “解鎖” 或是 “買斷” 的音樂盒。
(1)檔案格式限制：Muro Box 只能讀取單軌的MIDI檔，不支援其他格式。
(2)音域限制：
N20音域：C3到A5的全音，相當於鋼琴的白鍵(不含黑鍵)。
N40音域：F2~A6，不含F#2，G#2，A#2，C#3。
(中央C=C3 261.6 Hz)
(3) 曲目長度限制：APP設定每首歌最長可演奏30分鐘，以免手機上的資源空間不足。
(4) 演奏速度限制：Bpm=120 的拍數下，連續單音最小以八分音符為單位；也就是以八分音符為單位時，連續單音可以最快達到每分鐘120下。最大同時發聲數=10 (最多有10個音同時間敲擊演奏)。
不諳手機APP連線操作?別擔心，在出貨的音樂盒已預設了官方歌單(N20有30首；N40有15首)，音樂盒插電後按下旋鈕，即可一鍵播放。若您有客製化編曲，也會在出貨前將歌曲上傳至音樂盒，不必透過APP，收到後插電按下旋鈕，即可聽到你指定的歌曲。
因為電線插頭有分各國插座面板形狀不同，請您在贊助時透過備註欄為告知使用者需要哪個國家的插頭，我們會在出貨時貼心附上符合當地插座規格的插頭面板。如果沒有備註需要哪個國家的插頭規格，我們會用出貨地址國家選擇對應的插頭包貨。
本產品的一年保固與三年有限保修服務，只提供給透過本公司或指定合作通路購買的客戶使用。
一年有限保固：從產品出貨日期開始計算時間，包含產品的材料或組裝瑕疵，不含其他配件，亦不含消費者不當使用後的損壞維修。
三年有限保修：運費和維修費會依實際情況另外計算。
請注意：一旦您打開Muro Box的機體後保固將會失效。如有需要維修檢查請勿自行拆開機體，請寄回本公司檢查是否屬於保固可以維修的範圍。
根據《著作權法》第3條第9款，透過視聽設備播放音樂屬於「公開演出」行為。因此，若在營業場所播放CD、MP3或串流音樂供顧客聆聽，需事先取得音樂著作權人或其所屬集體管理團體的授權。
由於我們公司並不擁有歌曲版權，因此建議音樂盒僅限於家中自用，不應在營業場所公開播放。
少部分的古典音樂作品因著作權保護期限已屆滿，通常不涉及版權問題，可作為公開播放的選項。但對於具體歌曲是否涉及版權問題，因我們僅販售音樂盒，無法提供保證。
此外，App上公開的多數歌曲由創作者自行創作，其版權亦不歸屬於我們公司。

雖然現有機種使用 Type-C 電源已經可以使用行動電源，但遺憾仍有一條電線。因此我們採用容易取得的 18650 電池來進行供電，讓音樂盒能在任何場合自由播放。
回憶小物
把回憶用照片與旋律具象化。你可以將音樂做成膠卷形狀的擺件，當您將此配件放置在音樂盒的感應區，音樂盒就會播放指定的回憶歌曲。

機芯透明蓋不但是全新小夜燈的感應開關，更是音樂小遊戲的控制介面，讓你能隨著節拍與音樂盒用手互動，進行音樂遊戲，帶來前所未有的音樂盒全新體驗。
DIY模組
對於想要用 Muro Box 自行發揮的創客或是老師們，硬體上我們首次提供了單買機芯的選項，讓您可以自己打造心中理想的外觀。而軟體上我們更是首次 Open API，讓你有機會將 Muro Box 整合到自己的獨特專案中，例如智慧家庭等應用。
