For several months, our team has continuously identified noise issues with the music boxes. To be honest, recently our production team members reported that, in the middle of the night, they could still faintly hear the tinkling sound of the music boxes in their dreams…
Our quality control team has been listening intently to the music boxes all day. Their obsession with noise detection has become almost pathological. Every instance of noise is meticulously recorded in hopes of finding clues to a solution!
Before finding a solution to the noise issue, we couldn’t ship due to the inability to control a 0.1mm deviation. Would you choose to lower your standards and compromise, or remain uncompromising and persist until the end?
