Today, I read that one of Belgium's greatest artists called Willem Vermandere decided to end his carreer and cancel all his pending performances. This is very unfortunate, but at the same time very understandable too. You see, he's 84 years old and when I attended one of his performances last year, I noticed how he struggled to try and remember all lyrics and even the playlist of the performance. And in the article I read today, they state that it's that struggle that made him decide to no longer perform and make new music. So, this song is my Muro Box version to one of his lovely songs and so my little tribute to the artist he is and all great and relevant songs he made throughout the last 55 years or so. Thank you very much Willem; just take it easy from now on, you really deserve it!
