This is a song by Belgian artist John Terra. He recorded it in about 1974, the era Spain had something magical for Belgian people because there was a Belgian pirate station called "Radio Mi Amigo" having its headquarter in Playa De Aro (because it was illegal to run a pirate station in Belgium). So, a lot of Belgian people traveled to Spain at that time to visit Radio Mi Amigo in real life although it was illegal. Anyway, I learned about this song in the mid 80s when many local radios were operating in Belgium and tried to recreate that pirate station spirit.
