This is a melody of a 50+ year old music box movement from an occupied Japan cigarette box. Thus far, I've not been able to identify the tune. A couple of the comb tines were broken, so there are some missing notes. I'll be working on trying to supply the missing notes (and harmony notes), but admittedly, this is going to be low priority. Additional tines have broken off just playing the tune, so I wanted to at least get the melody down somewhere.
