"My Grandfather's Clock" (Chinese name: "古老的大鐘" or "祖父的大鐘", Japanese name: おおきなのっぽの古時計) was originally an American classic composed and written by Henry Clay Work, and was published in 1876.

It is said that during Henry Clay Work's performances in England, he visited the George Hotel. This hotel, operated by the Jenkins brothers, had a pendulum clock in its lobby. After one of the brothers passed away, the clock started to malfunction. Despite efforts to repair it, the frequency of malfunctions increased over time. When the other brother also passed away, the clock ceased to work. This clock seemed to have a life of its own, experiencing its own journey through the ups and downs of the hotel, almost as if it were a living being intertwined with the owners of the hotel. Inspired by this story, Henry created "My Grandfather's Clock."

This song holds memories of many people's childhoods. Not just one customer, but many have told us that this song is closely connected to memories of their grandparents or loved ones. It has the magic to transport them back to the cherished moments of their youth.
