This is, as we all know, a well-known hit by Swedish group Abba. However, the first version of this song I got to know as a child was a cover version as featured on one of those cheap greatest hits albums out of the 70s. You know, back then, there were those albums with all kinds of hits featured on them, but they all were performed by the same studio musicians throughout the album. It was only later I discovered this song was originally performed by Abba. As a child growing up, this song was quite the challenge for me to play, because I always struggled playing a little chord sequence in the chorus I'd never played before. Somewhere on a reel-to-reel tape I still should have a recording of me failing to play that sequence. 🙂 Also the quick passage where the verse goes into the chorus was a big problem for me to play back then. And even today, I only was able to do it by playing it in veeeeery slow motion. 🙂 But it was great to do this N40 version anyway. 🙂
